While flights are booked directly by travelers, we are here to guide and support you throughout the process to help ensure a smooth journey from departure to arrival.
Airline pricing and availability can change frequently. Although Mawari coordinates your flight arrangements, it is generally advisable to complete your flight plans as soon as possible after registration, especially for travel during peak periods such as holidays and high season.
Your detailed welcome email, sent after registration, will include recommended arrival and departure airports for your trip, along with suggested arrival windows and meeting instructions.
You are welcome to depart at any time on the final day of your itinerary. Mawari does not schedule group activities on the last day, giving you flexibility in planning your return flight.

Many travelers choose to extend their time at the destination before or after the group trip. If you plan to extend your stay, Mawari can share your group's hotel information and assist with booking additional nights at the same property where available.
